Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for reservations and billing
- Execute shift handovers with detailed communication protocols
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Memphis tourism assets preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for property errands)
