Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management software
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license (required for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
