Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Operations: Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing information accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities promptly.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints, requests, and special needs with empathy and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance requests and room status updates to housekeeping and engineering staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Administrative: Maintain the front desk area, manage cash handling, and balance daily financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Opera, GuestCentric).
- License: Valid driver's license may be required for valet or shuttle services.
