Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling with efficiency and grace.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a welcoming and professional tone at all times.
- Process reservations and manage room inventory using our advanced Property Management System.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring the reception desk and common spaces are welcoming and organized.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and resolve issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
