Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Upsell room upgrades, amenities, and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data security compliance
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas to uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and tourism resources
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork under pressure
