Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, managing high-volume traffic during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and updating guest profiles.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and quality service.
