Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds and replace linens with precision and care.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move furniture or heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual work history.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
