Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobbies.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to maintain high standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate hotel software systems accurately.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
