Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the daily register.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
