Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional smile upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route messages, and manage correspondence promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and empathy.
- Support the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of service.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
