Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, POS) accurately
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shifts
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols rigorously
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if valet duties assigned)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Food Handler's certification preferred (F&B roles)
