Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms to 5-star standards
- Restock amenities and maintain inventory control
- Clean and maintain public areas (lobbies, restrooms, fitness centers)
- Handle laundry operations and room turnover efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to OSHA and hotel sanitation protocols
- Provide courteous guest interactions during service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability (Fri-Sun + holidays)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic English communication skills
- COVID-19 vaccination required
