Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk or lobby.
- Assist in checking guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean, organized, and safe for guests.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software is a plus.
