Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering any questions about hotel amenities.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve guest requests promptly.
- Support front desk operations during peak check-in and check-out times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- No prior hospitality experience is required for these entry-level positions.
