Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in/check-out processes.
- Operations Management: Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, managing reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready according to brand standards.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining guest records and managing daily logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Attitude: Professional appearance, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.
