Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and guest rooms as needed.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with special requests to enhance the guest stay.
- Operational Support: Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage daily resort operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory for eager learners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
