Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests during check-in, check-out, and while on property.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
- Assist with concierge services, luggage handling, and transportation coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
