Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain a pristine environment in guest rooms and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and comfort.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable stay.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment of amenities and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and security regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and duties.
