Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest suites, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and restock toiletries and amenities.
- Public Area Sanitation: Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, and corridors to the highest hygiene standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest rooms and carts.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to interact politely with guests and staff.
