Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all fixtures are spotless.
- Manage laundry and linens efficiently, including sorting, washing, and folding.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods with physical stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
