Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Bed Making: Make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp, wrinkle-free, and neatly arranged.
- Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restocking: Empty trash bins, replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels), and restock supplies.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness deficiencies to the supervisor promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for safety and instruction following.
