Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Ensure all amenities (linens, toiletries, towels) are stocked and replenished in accordance with established standards.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and special guest needs.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy and focus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push heavy carts.
