Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 50+ guest rooms and common areas
- Train and supervise 8-10 housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to exceed 5-star rating criteria
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams for seamless guest experiences
- Inventory control and procurement of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact
- Resolve guest concerns with immediate professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience required
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience in hospitality
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and EPA-approved disinfectants
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Proficiency in housekeeping management software (e.g., OPERA)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
