Responsibilities
- Manage 24/7 front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during night shifts.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures strictly while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, especially in shift work roles.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
