Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety standards (OSHA/HACCP compliance)
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English communication abilities
