Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out procedures, and answering inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and assigned workstations.
- Perform room inspections and basic maintenance tasks to ensure standards are met.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over past experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
