Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a pristine environment for guests.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and room statuses using hotel management software.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, retail, or service industry is a plus but not required.
