Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members during peak shifts and special events
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid state ID and work authorization required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities
