Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk, housekeeping, and security operations during assigned shifts
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and conflict resolution
- Handle guest complaints with urgency and professionalism
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless service transitions
- Conduct shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience required
- Availability for overnight/weekend shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- New York State Food Handler certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
