Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and special events
- Adhere to all hotel policies and regulatory compliance requirements
- Complete shift handovers and documentation accurately
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment duties
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Food Handler's certification a plus (training provided)
