Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests across all departments
- Perform daily room cleaning and facility maintenance to brand standards
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
