Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest activities and transactions

- Support daily operations and assist with special events as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record (if required for role)
