Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Strip and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and rooms are fully stocked with amenities.
- Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes, maintaining a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance department or management.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Interact with guests and colleagues with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for mobility).
