Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 15-20 rooms
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on sanitation protocols
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams
- Inventory and order cleaning supplies efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 2+ years in hospitality housekeeping leadership
- Knowledge of OSHA and ADA compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for property access)
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
