Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Provide turndown services and prepare rooms for VIP arrivals
- Collaborate with front desk team for room status updates
- Maintain organized supply closets and equipment storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for property transportation)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
