Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first impressions to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
