Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Front Desk Management: Answer incoming calls with a friendly voice, manage the switchboard, and respond to emails and in-person inquiries promptly.
- Lobby Ambiance: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby environment, ensuring cleanliness and a professional atmosphere at all times.
- Guest Relations: Greet every guest warmly, address complaints with empathy, and ensure all special requests are met to the highest standard.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash, credit, and check payments accurately, balancing the daily deposit and reconciling the safe.
- Local Recommendations: Provide accurate and helpful information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; training is provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or GED required; appearance must be neat and professional.
