Responsibilities
- Manage all guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize Opera PMS for daily operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including overnight shifts
- Multi-language skills (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
