Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using Opera PMS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of Los Angeles attractions and services
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
