Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using our proprietary hotel management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests and special accommodations
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Minnesota hospitality alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
