Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all front desk inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our advanced Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle all financial transactions, including cash and credit card processing, with strict adherence to policies.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment, ensuring the front desk area is organized and welcoming.
- Resolve guest concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
