Responsibilities
- Greet and Register Guests: Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Assistance: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the lobby area in pristine condition, including managing the concierge desk and handling package deliveries.
- Financial Accuracy: Balance daily cash and credit transactions and prepare accurate reports for the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk, or similar).
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor.
