Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, managing high volumes of inquiries during peak weekend hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby common spaces.
- Process payments accurately and secure credit card information in strict compliance with company policy.
- Assist with overnight security procedures and access control for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills are essential.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist guests with luggage when necessary.
