Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk console, routing messages and inquiries efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Maintain the lobby and reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general concierge services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with property management systems (PMS) and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Must possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and cash handling.
