Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide warm, personalized check-in and check-out services to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries via email and chat.
- Revenue Management: Upsell hotel amenities and special packages to maximize room revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities and maintain accurate registration cards in compliance with hotel security protocols.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and assist guests with directions or local recommendations.
- Administrative: Process payments, manage lost and found items, and perform opening and closing nightly audits.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or luxury customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Technology: Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, SkyTouch, or similar software.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs) when assisting with luggage or supplies.
