Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Process payments accurately using our property management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
