Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including handling credit card payments and issuing room keys.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as updating guest profiles and managing the lobby area.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
