As a Weekend Shift Agent, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to with the utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Reservation Management: Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access points and maintain a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash handling duties accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front desk role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology: Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer skills.
