As a Weekend Guest Services Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether you are checking in travelers, managing reservations, or assisting with special requests, you will play a pivotal role in creating lasting memories for our visitors.

Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests arriving on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and room availability.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and public areas to uphold our high standards of visual excellence.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and urgency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure guest rooms meet our quality standards.
- Process payments accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Stay informed about local events and dining options to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with PMS software is a plus.
