Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage weekend check-in/check-out processes for 150+ guests daily
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, empathetic solutions
- Upsell premium amenities (spa packages, dining reservations, valet services)
- Maintain accurate reservation systems and billing documentation
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Execute emergency response protocols during weekend peak hours
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Texas Food Handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
